If you’ve found your way here, you may be standing in a tender in-between—no longer who you once were, but not yet who you are becoming. I know this place well. My own path has led me through many seasons of unraveling, rediscovering, and beginning again. Along the way, I learned the quiet power of pausing… of breathing deeply enough to hear the whispers of my own soul.
My name is Jennifer Carey, and I created Soulstice as a sacred space for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and reimagine life with more grace, courage, and freedom. Through sound healing, retreats, and soul-centered gatherings, I hold space for women to release what no longer fits and return to what feels true and alive within them.
Whether you’re moving through transition, seeking renewal, or simply longing for deeper meaning, know that you are not alone. This space was created with you in mind—a sanctuary where you can slow down, listen inward, and remember that your becoming is holy work.
